Cats: Domino and Emma

We got little Domino from a litter of kittens at the barn I had been boarding my horse at (he was the only black and white one!) after we lost Casey, to be Cody's pal. But Cody didn't much like the little brat, apparently. Upon coming out of the carrier the first day home, Domino ran up to Cody as if to play, but Cody hissed. The poor little kitten was terrified. Maybe that stuck in Domino's mind forever, because now he is a total scardey-cat. He's very timid but also very sweet and beginning to be quite the lap cat. He's a pretty boy. Then there's Emma, our little all-black monster (with a couple white whiskers, now... she's getting old? hehe). She's such a little wild thing, hyper-active with a short attention span. She's still very small for a cat, though she's adult now. She's the source of amusement oftentimes in the house, eh? =)

Domino hanging out in one of his favorite spots... Emma is always cute, I don't care if she's not doing anything exciting.

The digital camera was really creeping him out, I guess. me-ow.

looking like her elegant, furry self. Wow, elegant and furry in the same sentence... hmm... RRRRRRrrrrrrow! OK, so she's just yawning.

Pretty boy... though you can tell he's having a paranoid moment here. One of Domino's favorite pasttimes, hehe.

Hehe, it looks like Domino in his 'teenage' years. He was so... cute and little and fuzzy! Kittens are great.
