When rotcav, the main webmaster for The Blue Man Library, asked me to do some art for his revamped site, I was glad to oblige. The five collage-style pieces above are what I came up with (in addition to two simple banners, which are not shown here). Each image is a title graphic for a particular section of the site, and I tried to reflect the topic and its energy in each art. It's much easier to see the similar factors (such as the sticks behind the words on each artwork) when the pieces are all lined up together, which I find kind of neat.
"Blue Man Group," "The Library," and "Resources" all have mini-collages, which I used to cram in as many BMG images as possible. In "The Library," I used the gumball machine image to represent the finding of a vast resource such as bluemanlibrary.com. "Resources" works in a similar way in that the blue man is examining a (jello) mold full of information and pictures [he wasn't doing this in the original picture, mind you--that's the throat cam he's holding].
On a last note, in the "Community" graphic, the blurred faces at the bottom are actual pictures from various meet-and-greets, and include message board fans bluechick, rotcav and thebluecrew.
